- Each team is responsible for verifying their opponent’s handicaps are correct on the day of the match, and all players must agree shots to be given prior to the match commencing.
- For the men, matches will be played from the course tees of the day, with the ladies playing from the red tees. If in doubt of what are tees of the day, please ask in the club pro shop.
- Matches all square after 18 holes will be decided by a 'sudden death' play-off maintaining shot allocations in the initial match.
- The winners of the match are required to register the result to the CP website. The losing team is required to confirm this result. Any result not verified by the losing team within 24hrs of the result being registered will be deemed accepted.
- In the event that the result has not being registered by the round deadline, then the CP system will generate a random selection of a winning team to progress to the next round.
- Substitution of players will be permitted only in exceptional circumstances before the commencement of Round 1 matches. No substitutions will be allowed in the subsequent rounds. If a player's partner is unable to participate in a match, the player may represent the team alone.
- In the unlikely event that the Construction Pairs (CP) Match Play Championship 2026 cannot be played, then a full refund of the entry fee will be applicable excluding the admin and processing fee.
